Job summary

Klein Tools is seeking a Manufacturing Team Member IV in Texas, Mansfield. The role requires advanced CNC knowledge, machine setup, and high attention to safety and quality for high-tech equipment.

You will perform maintenance, troubleshoot, and support lean manufacturing initiatives. Candidates should have a High School Diploma or GED with 3 years of metalworking experience, reading blueprints, and proficiency with measurement tools.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED and 3 years of experience or equivalent.
• Metalworking or metal removal experience and CNC certification or metalworking/tooling certification preferred.
• Ability to read, write, speak and understand basic English.

Responsibilities

• Work safely following OSHA rules and wear PPE.
• Perform advanced set-ups on equipment, install tools and fixtures, verify settings, run first piece samples, and check specifications.
• Load and test CNC programs, adjust offsets, and modify feed/speed as needed.
• Monitor machine operation and quality, making adjustments to maintain part specifications.
• Troubleshoot using guides, repair equipment, and replace defective components.
• Maintain clean, organized work area following 6S standards.
• Cross-train on multiple machines and support lean manufacturing activities.
