Job summary

Klein Tools in Mansfield, TX is seeking a Manufacturing Team Member III to operate CNC milling/grinding/lathe, injection molding, and related equipment. You will inspect parts, read orders, and ensure quality while maintaining productivity in a lean environment.

You will perform machine set ups, adjust feeds and speeds, and contribute to problem solving for manufacturing processes. Overtime may be required and safety standards must be followed.

Qualifications

• Three (3) years of related experience required.
• Ability to read, write, speak and understand basic English.
• Knowledge in operating CNC, milling, grinding, or injection molding machines preferred.
• Ability to learn, problem-solve, and make decisions per work instructions.

Responsibilities

• Run production jobs on multi-axis CNC machines and other equipment to produce quality parts.
• Inspect product quality during production using calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
• Read work orders and blueprints to meet specifications and maintain inventory accuracy.
• Make offsets and adjustments to ensure part quality and productivity.
• Troubleshoot machine issues and perform routine maintenance.
