TECOMET is seeking a CNC Machinist III in Pennington, NJ to produce precision parts by operating, setting up CNC mills, Wire EDMs and lathes. The role requires strong adherence to quality, GMP-like practices, and potential programming tasks.

You will read blueprints, optimize tooling and offsets, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. Qualified candidates will have 5+ years of CNC experience, a high school diploma or GED, and the ability to train others.

Qualificações

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 5+ years CNC machining experience.
• Associate degree/certificate in Tooling & Machining or Machinist apprenticeship preferred.
• UK GCSE/NVQ Maths and English desirable (UK only).

Responsabilidades

• Operate, set up, and could program CNC mills, Wire EDMs, and CNC lathes within tolerances.
• Read and evaluate blueprints or specifications.
• Troubleshoot CNC programs and processes.
• Improve and produce work Instructions.
• Propose adjusted speeds and feeds for different machining requirements.
• Perform routine maintenance per daily machine checklist and adhere to PM schedule.
• Train new or lower level machinists.
