Qualifications

• 10+ years of machining experience in a similar role.
• Strong mechanical aptitude with good hand-eye coordination, dexterity, and stamina.
• Proficient in blueprint reading and dimensional tolerancing.
• Familiar with CNC programming concepts and manual tools.
• Knowledge of quality standards and non-conformance procedures.
• Basic computer skills (Word/Outlook).
• High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training acceptable.
• Strong organizational skills and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Read and apply blueprints, tolerances, and sequence of operations.
• Set up and operate CNC and conventional machines for drilling, milling, turning, boring.
• Select cutting tools, fixtures, and attachments; follow SOPs for tolerances.
• Inspect parts with calipers and micrometers to verify specifications.
• Troubleshoot equipment and maintain accuracy, ensuring safety standards.
