Job summary

You must have a relevant apprenticeship or 4–5 years of machinist experience, with strong math and measurement skills. The role emphasizes safety, accuracy, and teamwork in a union shop environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Completion of an apprenticeship or 4–5 years as a machinist or equivalent on‑the‑job experience.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Set up and perform complex machining, fitting and assembly per blueprints and instructions.
• Determine tooling, sequences, and jig designs for operations.
• Operate CNC centers and precision measuring tools; maintain safety and housekeeping.
