ALIGN PRECISION is seeking a skilled CNC Machinist to setup and operate milling and turning centers, reading complex blueprints and tolerances. You will use precision tools to measure parts and maintain strict quality standards, while documenting processes in ERP and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

The role requires 5–6 years of machining experience, a high school diploma with advanced training, and a strong focus on safety.

Qualifications

• 5–6 years of relevant machining experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent with advanced training.
• Strong attention to detail and measurement skills.
• Proficient with calipers, micrometers and gauging tools.
• Able to read blueprints, tolerances and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC milling and turning centers according to blueprints and specs.
• Retrieve job routings, drawings, tool lists, and work instructions.
• Select and use cutting tools and work holding for various materials.
• Document manufactured quantities and processes in ERP system.
• Perform precise measurements to ensure parts meet QC standards.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment and follow safety protocols.
• Assist engineers with new machining methods and tooling.
