Job summary

Qualifications

• CNC programming experience on mills and lathes.
• Ability to interpret complex engineering drawings.
• Strong troubleshooting and process improvement skills.
• Advanced CNC machining experience in similar industry.
• Knowledge of CNC machine controls, offsets and tooling.
• Excellent teamwork, communication, and safety commitment.

Responsibilities

• Lead machine setups for complex parts and production runs.
• Program CNC machines or modify existing programs.
• Troubleshoot machining, tooling, and program issues.
• Train and mentor Operator 1 & 2 CNC team members.
• Review inspection data and ensure product quality.
• Support workflow coordination and continuous improvement.
