A growing advanced manufacturing company is seeking an experienced CNC professional to support the production of complex, tight-tolerance components. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working hands-on with challenging parts, optimizing processes, and taking ownership of jobs from initial setup through completion.

This organization focuses on precision machining across a variety of demanding applications, working with a wide range of metals and complex part geometries.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Set up and operate CNC turning equipment for complex part production
• Create, edit, and optimize programs using G-code or conversational controls
• Interpret technical drawings and apply GD&T principles in production
• Determine tooling strategies, speeds/feeds, and fixturing methods
• Troubleshoot issues during machining and drive process improvements
• Continuously improve cycle times, efficiency, and overall output
• Inspect finished parts to ensure compliance with specifications
• Provide guidance to less experienced team members when needed
• Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient workspace

What You Bring

• Extensive experience in CNC machining, with a focus on turning operations
• Strong background in multi-axis equipment and complex setups
• Proven ability to program and optimize machining processes
• Advanced understanding of blueprint reading and tolerancing
