Qualifications

• Reads blueprints and GD&T to ensure tolerances.
• Experience with CNC setup, operation, and programming.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Able to follow ISO procedures and safety standards.
• Understanding of basic machining techniques.

Responsibilities

• Reads and interprets blueprints and GD&T.
• Loads and unloads raw materials safely.
• Operates CNC lathes and mills and sets up tooling.
• Uses measuring instruments to verify tolerances.
• Maintains machine shop cleanliness and organization.
• Contributes to process improvements and ISO compliance.
