Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in CNC programming and machine operation in manufacturing.
• Ability to read blueprints, drawings and specifications.
• Strong precision measurement skills and attention to detail.
• Extensive knowledge of CNC machine operation and programming.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain CNC programs for manufacturing parts and assemblies, ensuring efficiency and quality.
• Analyze and interpret complex blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine the best sequence of operations.
• Perform precision measurements of parts during production to ensure adherence to specifications and high quality.
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to optimize machining processes and improve product quality.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to CNC programming and machine operation.
• Provide technical support and training to machine operators and other staff as needed.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, advancements in technology, and changes in regulations.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe work environment.
