Job summary

Beehive Industries in Blue Ash, OH is seeking a Senior Machinist to independently set up and operate 3-axis and 5-axis CNC centers, and to machine precision components from billet and additive materials. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical expertise and the ability to work with limited supervision.

Responsibilities include developing fixtures, supporting quotes, maintaining detailed production records, and ensuring 5S and EHS compliance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical/machining training preferred.
• Formal machining training is a plus.
• 5+ years of CNC machining experience in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Independently set up and run 3-axis and 5-axis CNC centers and CMM equipment.
• Develop and optimize fixtures for complex aerospace components.
• Support quoting of machining work for internal and external customers.
• Maintain accurate and detailed production records, setup sheets, and documentation.
• Ensure work area cleanliness and 5S standards in the shop.
• Identify opportunities to improve machining processes, efficiency, and quality.
