Job summary

Beehive Industries seeks a Senior Machinist to set up and run 3-axis and 5-axis CNC mills and CMM equipment at the Blue Ash, Ohio facility. You will develop fixtures and document machining processes for aerospace components, while supporting quotes for internal and external work.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in CNC machining, blueprint reading with GD&T, and experience with complex parts including additively manufactured materials. U.S.

Qualifications

• 5+ years CNC machining in manufacturing
• Experience setup and operation of CNC mills, lathes, multi-axis machines
• Read blueprints, GD&T, and perform dimensional inspection
• Machining complex components including castings, forgings, or additively manufactured parts
• Ability to obtain US government security clearance and U.S. citizenship

Responsibilities

• Set up and run 3-axis and 5-axis CNC mills and CMM equipment
• Develop fixtures for complex aerospace components
• Assist on quoting internal and external machining work
• Maintain accurate production records and setup sheets
• Ensure 5S and shop safety standards; maintain clean work area
• Identify and implement process improvements in machining
• Support engineering and quality teams to resolve issues
