Job summary

Beehive Industries is seeking a Senior Machinist to independently set up and operate CNC mills, lathes, and multi-axis machinery for precision components from billet and metal 3D printed materials. You will develop fixtures, document processes, and support quotes in a fast-paced shop.

The role requires strong attention to detail, 5S discipline, and collaboration with engineering and quality teams. U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain security clearance are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with technical machining training.
• 5+ years CNC machining experience in manufacturing.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and GD&T requirements.

Responsibilities

• Independently set up and run 3-axis and 5-axis CNC centers and CMM equipment.
• Develop and optimize fixtures for aerospace components.
• Support quoting for internal and external customers.
• Maintain production records, setup sheets, and documentation.
• Ensure 5S cleanliness and safe, compliant operations.
