Job summary

Beehive Industries is seeking a Senior Manufacturing Engineer with a strong machining background to support production operations at the Cincinnati, Ohio facility. The role emphasizes process development, continuous improvement, and technical problem solving across CNC machining, additive manufacturing, and assembly.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in aerospace manufacturing, tool selection, and production support while collaborating with quality, supply chain, and maintenance

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a technical field related to manufacturing engineering.
• 5+ years in manufacturing engineering in automotive, aerospace, defense, propulsion, or machining environments.
• Experience developing and sustaining manufacturing processes in production.
• Strong CAD skills (Siemens NX/Teamcenter preferred).
• Knowledge of GD&T and how engineering requirements map to processes.

Responsibilities

• Own manufacturing process execution and production readiness for assigned areas.
• Translate product requirements into capable, repeatable production processes.
• Develop and improve processes across additive manufacturing, machining, assembly, and inspection.
• Lead process qualification, capability studies, and production validation.
• Provide technical support to Operations for safety, quality, and throughput.
• Maintain and update PFMEAs, control plans, and standard work.
