Job summary

Beehive Industries in Blue Ash, Ohio is seeking a Senior Machinist to set up and operate CNC mills and multi-axis machines on aerospace components. You will develop fixtures, review drawings with GD&T, and maintain production records in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires 5+ years of CNC machining experience, proficiency with fixture design, and the ability to work with limited supervision. Weekend 2nd shift on Fridays through Sundays; U.S.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical/trade machining training preferred.
• 5+ years CNC machining experience in a manufacturing setting.
• Ability to read blueprints and GD&T; inspect using standard methods.

Responsibilities

• Set up and run 3-axis and 5-axis CNC centers and CMM equipment.
• Develop and optimize fixtures for complex aerospace components.
• Maintain accurate production records, setup sheets, and documentation.
• Identify efficiency improvements and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with engineering and quality teams to resolve machining issues.
