Watts in Franklin, NH is seeking a lean-thinking technician to assist the Production Supervisor in coordinating daily operations on-site. You will help maintain safety, quality, and pace metrics while leading by example and promoting mutual respect across teams.

The role involves programming and configuring CNC machines, overseeing inspections, and collaborating with the team to meet process standards and continuous improvement goals.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Commitment to PPE and safety rules.
• Proven leadership with cross-team collaboration.
• Basic computer literacy and strong communication.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Foundational manufacturing/process understanding and continuous improvement awareness.
• Knowledge of laws, codes and safety procedures.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate daily operational functions with focus on safety, quality and pace.
• Program, set up, and configure CNC machines per department requirements.
• Demonstrate Watts Code of Conduct and promote continuous improvement.
• Oversee in-process inspections and maintain process control records.
• Coordinate labor and equipment to meet pace while upholding SOPs.
• Identify and escalate process issues to Supervisor/Manager as needed.
• Assist in training and development for team members.
• Maintain department housekeeping and safety standards.
