Job summary

Watts is seeking a detail-oriented CNC Machinist for its Franklin, NH manufacturing facility. You will set up and operate CNC lathes and milling machines, monitor multiple machines, and perform precision machining tasks to meet QA standards.

The role requires reading blueprints, measuring with calipers and micrometers, and maintaining strict safety practices. The position is on-site with a third shift and potential overtime based on business needs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Experience using measuring tools like calipers, micrometers, thread gauges, plug gauges.
• Reading blueprints and performing basic math.
• Must pass pre-employment background checks and drug test.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC equipment including lathes and milling machines.
• Monitor CNC machines and auxiliary equipment for accuracy.
• Perform machining tasks as directed by Supervisor.
• Check and document product specifications per QA and Supervisor.
