Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 4+ years of related manufacturing experience.
• Knowledge of and adherence to safety rules, codes, policies and procedures.
• Must pass background checks and required pre-employment testing.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe work environment and culture; report injuries immediately.
• Coordinate with supervisor to meet customer demands and shipping schedules.
• Assist employees by solving problems, reviewing quality, and training staff.
• Troubleshoot equipment and systems; coordinate with maintenance to maintain production schedule.
• Lead daily tier meetings and drive continuous process improvement with CI team.
• Drive inventory accuracy and maintain 5S standards.
