Job summary

Watts Water Technologies in Franklin, NH, seeks an Onboarding & Development Supervisor to lead training, onboarding, and workforce development across manufacturing operations onsite. You’ll partner with Operations, Safety, Quality, Engineering, HR and site leadership to ensure trained and compliant employees who perform safely and effectively.

Reporting to the Continuous Improvement Manager, you will oversee Training Coordinators, Lead Trainers, and systems, driving continuous improvement,

Qualifications

• 3+ years in training, manufacturing, operations, HR, or workforce development.
• Leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and data tracking.

Responsibilities

• Lead training and workforce development strategy to ensure capability and readiness.
• Direct onboarding, certification, qualification, and recurring training programs.
• Provide leadership and oversight to Lead Trainers and training staff.
• Govern training systems, qualification processes, and compliance documentation.
• Analyze workforce data to identify skill gaps and develop improvement plans.
• Develop training KPIs, dashboards, and management reports.
