Job summary

Watts Water Technologies in Franklin, NH is seeking an experienced person to support the Production Supervisor by coordinating daily operations on the machining floor.

You will lead safety and quality, program and configure CNC machines, and mentor team members while upholding Watts' Code of Conduct. This on-site role demands strong leadership, communication, and a commitment to continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 5+ years relevant experience.
• Commitment to PPE and safety rules.
• Proven leadership with cross-team collaboration.
• Solid math skills and basic computer literacy.
• Employment eligibility and background checks required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe work environment and report injuries.
• Program, set up, and configure CNC machines.
• Model Watts Code of Conduct and drive continuous improvement.
• Oversee in-process inspections and document data.
• Coordinate labor and equipment to meet pace while upholding SOPs.
• Identify and address process issues; escalate when needed.
• Assess training needs and mentor team members.
• Maintain housekeeping to meet environmental and safety standards.
• Contribute to other projects as assigned.
• No travel requirements.
