Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 4+ years of related manufacturing experience.
• Understanding of and adherence to applicable laws, codes, policies, regulations, and safety practices and procedures, as applicable.
• Must successfully establish employment eligibility and satisfactorily complete background checks, and required pre-employment testing as a condition of employment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe work environment and culture for all associates, following all safety rules and regulations, and escalating all safety concerns immediately.
• Coordinate with the supervisor to meet customer demands and shipping schedules.
• Assist employees by solving problems, answering questions, reviewing quality, and training employees.
• Troubleshoot equipment and systems, coordinate with maintenance and other support departments to maintain the production schedule.
• Lead daily tier meetings and drive continuous process improvement with the CI team.
