Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 4+ years of related manufacturing experience.
• Understanding of and adherence to safety practices and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe work environment and escalate safety concerns immediately.
• Coordinate work assignments with supervisor to meet customer demands and shipping schedules.
• Assist employees by solving problems, reviewing quality, and training staff.
• Troubleshoot equipment and coordinate with maintenance to maintain production schedule.
• Lead daily tier meetings and drive continuous process improvement with CI team.
• Maintain 5S standards and inventory accuracy; ensure PPE and attendance policies.
