Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide resident-centered nursing care and daily living assistance.
• Assist with transfer, range of motion and vital sign collection.
• Document resident interactions and communicate changes to the charge nurse.
• Support infection prevention and PPE use and assist other staff as needed.
