Good Samaritan, Augusta Place in Bismarck, ND, seeks a Nursing Assistant to provide resident-centered care in a 65-bed facility, with an attached 16-bed assisted living unit.

As a CNA, you will assist with activities of daily living, document vital signs, and support hygiene, dining, and mobility under RN supervision. Evening shift 2:15 pm–10:45 pm; 40 hours weekly; sign-on bonus may apply.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or GED preferred, but not required.
• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification required or in process within four months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide resident-centered nursing care and daily living assistance.
• Assist with transferring, repositioning, and mobility under RN supervision.
• Document interactions and vital signs; notify changes to charge nurse.
