Good Samaritan in Bismarck, ND is seeking a Senior Nursing Assistant to provide experienced, resident-centered care in a long-term care setting under RN supervision. The role covers daily living activities, vital signs, and collaboration with the nursing team to maintain high-quality care.

The position offers day shifts as part of a part-time schedule with opportunities for shift differentials and benefits. CNA certification is required, with prior long-term care experience preferred.

Competenze

• High school graduate or GED preferred but not required.
• Minimum age 16.
• Two years' clinical or nursing assistant experience in long-term care preferred.
• Required CNA certification with the State Board of Nursing.

Mansioni

• Provide resident-centered nursing care and daily living assistance under RN supervision.
• Assist with daily living activities, including bathing, grooming, dressing and meals.
• Record vital signs and monitor changes in residents’ condition.
• Support healthcare staff, maintain infection prevention and control policies.
