Qualifications

• Must have CNA certification with the State Board of Nursing.
• Two years' clinical or nursing assistant experience in long-term care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide resident-centered nursing care and daily living assistance under RN supervision.
• Document resident interactions and report changes to the charge nurse.
• Assist with transfers, mobility, vital signs, and personal care.
• Support restorative nursing and participate in recreational programs.
