Job summary

Applied Materials seeks a Product Line Manager III – CMP SBU FSO Focal to drive CMP service operations, field product support, and cross‑functional execution. You will align service contracts, equipment performance, and customer expectations across regional teams.

You will lead KPIs, diagnose service events, and push corrective actions while partnering with Engineering, SBU/PLM, TPS, and Supply Chain to improve customer outcomes and profitability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related discipline.
• 4–7 years of experience in semiconductor equipment, services, analytics, or software‑enabled products.
• CMP experience is strongly preferred (process, hardware, consumables, or service).
• Strong understanding of analytics, diagnostics, and equipment health monitoring concepts.
• Ability to translate complex CMP topics into clear messaging.
• Proven experience leading complex, cross‑functional programs.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the FSO focal point for CMP field product support and execution.
• Drive cross‑functional alignment across service contracts, equipment performance, and customer commitments.
• Track CMP service KPIs and analyze material consumption, labor, and events.
• Lead escalations with customers and field teams to closure.
• Support readiness for service agreements, firmware, and field deployments.
