Qualifications

• BS in Engineering
• 10+ years of CMP experience
• Wafer Fab process/equipment experience
• Excellent communication and ability to persuade senior stakeholders
• Recognized CMP unit process expert

Responsibilities

• Act as technical CMP expert with 10+ years of experience
• Perform data analytics to troubleshoot CMP, Yield, and Integration issues
• Lead discussions with customers to define High Value Problems and drive CIP projects
• Increase CSA value through defect/variability/COO reduction and process optimization
• Identify opportunities for CSA renewal and upsell
• Demonstrate adoption of FabVantage technologies at customer sites
• Resolve complex tool issues with data-driven diagnostics and report findings
• Mentor/lead junior MPEs and share advanced integration knowledge
• Contribute to CMP network and Community of Practice
