Qualifications

• Direct experience with CMP tools and semiconductor capital equipment.
• Strong analytical skills for assessing obsolescence risk.
• Ability to influence across engineering, operations, and supply chain.

Responsibilities

• Own Product Change Management for assigned CMP platforms.
• Lead obsolescence strategy including part monitoring and risk assessment.
• Develop and execute a Tool Lifetime Management Program.
