Biogen seeks a Planning and Scheduling Administrator III to support maintenance planning for GMP and non-GMP equipment. You will develop job plans, preventive maintenance programs, and manage CMMS records to optimize asset reliability.

You will work with Manufacturing, I&C, Engineering, Labs, and Site Services to generate work orders, onboard new equipment, and drive continuous improvement in maintenance processes.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED; Associate's Degree preferred in Electronics, Database Systems or related.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in GMP environment or 4 years in maintenance planning and scheduling (or combination).
• Knowledge of planning and scheduling, preferred in maintenance.
• Strong working knowledge of Computerized Maintenance Management Systems.
• Work order management.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Cross-functional collaboration.

Responsabilidades

• Plan and schedule maintenance for Maintenance, Site Services, and I&C work.
• Create, revise, and maintain job plans, preventive maintenance plans, and material lists.
• Support asset onboarding, modification, retirement, and equipment data management within the CMMS.
• Generate, prioritize, and dispatch scheduled maintenance work orders.
• Review and release unscheduled work requests for execution.
• Coordinate pre-work preparation and job activity analysis to support efficient work execution.
• Serve as a CMMS subject matter expert, including user administration and training.
• Support SOP revisions, regulatory inspections, audits, and compliance activities.
• Support new equipment onboarding process.
• Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities in maintenance planning, work execution, and CMMS processes.
