Job summary

Sense seeks an experienced CMMS program lead to own the maintenance build scope, plan, and milestones for a major asset-management initiative in Houston. You will coordinate Asset Register, Hierarchy, BOM, and Maintenance Build workstreams and serve as the main client interface with Maintenance, Reliability, Engineering, Operations, and IT teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in engineering or related field.
• 10+ years CMMS/EAM experience.
• 5+ years CMMS implementation leadership or data migration.
• Strong PM, leadership, and stakeholder engagement.
• Understanding of asset hierarchies, BOMs, PMs.
• Hands-on with P&IDs, OEM manuals, and CMMS data.
• Advanced reporting and Excel capability.

Responsibilities

• Own CMMS maintenance build scope, delivery plan, schedule, milestones, resource plan, priorities, and acceptance criteria.
• Lead Asset Register, Asset Hierarchy, BOM, and Maintenance Build workstreams.
• Serve as primary client interface and maintain relationships with Maintenance, Reliability, Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, IT, and leadership.
• Facilitate governance meetings, workshops, progress reviews, issue-resolution, and management presentations.
• Manage scope, schedule, risks, dependencies, change requests, quality metrics, and corrective actions.
• Establish build rules, data standards, and load-readiness criteria.
