Job summary

Aligned Data Centers seeks a Senior Manager, Maintenance Program to lead the national maintenance strategy, governance, and standards across a multi-site portfolio. You will drive vendor negotiations, SOW standardization, and PM templates while ensuring QA/QC and data-driven insights for leadership.

You will collaborate with Platform Delivery, Engineering, and Site Operations to ensure readiness during construction and turnover, leveraging CMMS analytics and cost modeling to optimize performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, Operations, or related field preferred.
• 8–12 years of experience in mission-critical maintenance leadership.
• Strong background in MEP systems, facility maintenance programs, vendor governance, and QA/QC.
• Experience building standardized maintenance programs across multi-site portfolios.
• Skilled in CMMS administration, analytics, cost modeling, and trend analysis.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and program management skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the companywide maintenance strategy, governance model, standards, and policies.
• Develop, publish, and maintain standardized SOWs, PM templates, task lists, and frequencies.
• Oversee national maintenance vendor contracts and standardize rate cards.
• Drive vendor consolidation to reduce OpEx and variability between markets.
• Establish national QA/QC expectations for PMs and vendor deliverables.
• Own maintenance program analytics, dashboards, and KPIs; report to senior leadership.
• Partner with teams during construction and site readiness for maintenance readiness.
