Humana is seeking a Senior Configuration Management Analyst to lead CMDB governance, data quality, and operational excellence. You will partner with ITSM, ITAM, architecture, and security teams to ensure trusted configuration data and effective governance.

The role focuses on CMDB operations, continuous improvement, and ServiceNow administration support, with a strong emphasis on data quality, ownership, and relationship mapping across enterprise environments.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent.
• 5+ years of experience in Configuration Management or CMDB operations within a large enterprise.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow CMDB.
• Experience managing CMDB processes, data governance, and audits.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead day-to-day CMDB operations and complex investigations on CIs, relationships, and data quality.
• Monitor CMDB health, data quality metrics, and governance controls; coordinate remediation with owners.
• Develop CMDB procedures, standards, and documentation; serve as CMDB SME.
• Identify opportunities to improve CMDB processes, controls, and automation.
• Support onboarding of CI classes, data sources, and CMDB-related enhancements.
• Develop dashboards and metrics for CMDB health and performance.
• Collaborate with ServiceNow, ITAM, ITSM, and architecture teams; participate in audits and governance forums.
