Montefiore Health System is seeking a ServiceNow CMDB Analyst to drive CI lifecycle management and governance across the ServiceNow ITOM stack. The candidate will ensure data integrity, oversee discovery and mapping data, and partner with Infrastructure, Cloud, Security, and ITSM teams to raise CMDB maturity and audit readiness.

The ideal candidate has 3–5+ years in CMDB/IT operations, with ServiceNow CSA and CIS Data Foundations certifications, and hands-on CMDB administration expertise.

Qualifikationen

• 3–5+ years of CMDB/IT Operations experience
• ServiceNow CSA and CIS certifications required or in progress
• Experience with Discovery, Service Mapping, and Service Graph Connectors
• Hands-on CMDB administration and CI lifecycle management
• Strong CMDB governance and data quality knowledge
• Understanding of IRE concepts and enterprise IT dependencies
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and stakeholder skills
• Ability to work cross-functionally in a complex enterprise environment

Aufgaben

• Maintain and support enterprise CMDB within ServiceNow, ensuring data quality and reliability
• Onboard, update, certify, retire, and archive CIs
• Monitor CMDB health dashboards and remediate duplicates or incomplete records
• Validate Discovery, Service Mapping, and Service Graph Connector data
• Investigate reconciliation conflicts and data normalization issues
• Collaborate with Infrastructure, Cloud, Security, Asset Management and ITSM teams
• Support CI ownership, data stewardship, audit readiness and reporting
• Develop dashboards, KPIs and reports on CMDB health and data quality
• Assist in onboarding new CI classes and defining CI standards
• Support CMDB governance initiatives and ITOM maturity efforts
• Identify automation and AI-enabled improvements for CMDB processes
