Job summary

Uline seeks a Senior Configuration Management Engineer to own and enhance the CMDB, ensuring accurate data across the technology landscape. You will develop reports and dashboards to support audits and executive decision making, and drive automated workflows and integrations for data accuracy.

With 10+ years IT experience and strong ITSM knowledge, you will standardize configuration and asset management practices, collaborating across teams to scale CMDB capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in a related field.
• 10+ years IT experience with ITSM products such as ServiceNow, Flexera One, HP Service Manager or BMC Atrium.
• Practical coding and automation skills with PowerShell, Python, SQL, APIs or similar technologies.
• Strong problem solving, analytical and decision-making skills.
• Uline does not participate in the H-1B lottery.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the CMDB, ensuring data is accurate, current and properly documented.
• Develop reports and dashboards, providing actionable insights to support audits, configuration status, lifecycle and executive decision making.
• Improve data accuracy by implementing automated workflows, discovery tools and system integrations.
• Establish and implement Configuration and Asset Management systems, standards and policies to ensure consistency and reliability.
• Collaborate across teams to gather and analyze data, translating findings into scalable CMBD capabilities.
