Uline, a family-owned leader in shipping and packaging, seeks a Senior Configuration Management Engineer to lead our CMDB, ensuring data accuracy and reliability across our IT landscape. You will develop reports, dashboards, and automated workflows that support audits and executive decisions, while collaborating with teams to scale CMDB capabilities across North America.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field or equivalent work experience.
• 10+ years of IT experience with strong ITSM product knowledge (ServiceNow, Flexera One, HP Service Manager, BMC Atrium).
• Proficient coding and automation skills with PowerShell, Python, SQL, APIs or similar.
• Strong problem solving, analytical and decision-making abilities.

Aufgaben

• Own and manage the CMDB, ensuring data is accurate, current and properly documented.
• Develop reports and dashboards to support audits, configuration status, lifecycle and executive decisions.
• Improve data accuracy by implementing automated workflows, discovery tools and system integrations.
• Establish and implement Configuration and Asset Management systems, standards and policies for consistency and reliability.
• Collaborate across teams to gather and analyze data, translating findings into scalable CMDB capabilities.
