Uline, a family-owned leader in shipping and packaging, seeks a Senior Configuration Management Engineer to lead the CMDB and ensure data accuracy across our North American IT landscape. You will translate complex data into trusted insights for audits and executive decisions.

The role emphasizes automation, reporting, data governance, and collaboration with IT teams. On-site positions support our growing operations and a comprehensive benefits package awaits.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field or equivalent work experience.
• 10+ years IT experience with ITSM tools like ServiceNow, Flexera One, HP Service Manager or BMC Atrium.
• Coding/automation skills with PowerShell, Python, SQL, APIs or similar.
• Strong problem solving, analytical and decision-making skills.
• Uline does not participate in the H-1B lottery.

Aufgaben

• Own and manage the CMDB, ensuring data is accurate, current and properly documented.
• Develop reports and dashboards, providing actionable insights to support audits, configuration status, lifecycle and executive decision making.
• Improve data accuracy by implementing automated workflows, discovery tools and system integrations.
• Establish and implement Configuration and Asset Management systems, standards and policies to ensure consistency and reliability.
• Collaborate across teams to gather and analyze data, translating findings into scalable CMBD capabilities.
