Job summary

Uline, a family-owned leader in shipping and packaging, is seeking a Senior Configuration Management Engineer at its Pleasant Prairie, WI campus. You will own the CMDB, ensure data accuracy, and drive initiatives across IT operations to support our North American network.

You will develop reports and dashboards for audits and decision making, implement automated workflows, and collaborate with teams to scale CMDB capabilities for reliable IT services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field or equivalent work experience.
• 10+ years of IT experience with CMDB and ITSM tools.
• Practical coding and automation skills (PowerShell, Python, SQL, APIs).
• Strong problem solving, analytical and decision-making skills.
• On-site position; Uline does not participate in H-1B lottery.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the CMDB, ensuring data is accurate and up-to-date.
• Develop reports and dashboards to support audits and executive decision making.
• Improve data accuracy with automated workflows and system integrations.
• Establish and implement Configuration and Asset Management standards and policies.
• Collaborate across teams to analyze data and translate findings into scalable CMDB capabilities.
