Job summary

First Citizens Bank is seeking a Senior CMDB Analyst to govern the CMDB within ServiceNow, spanning on‑prem, cloud and end-user devices. You will ensure data integrity through CMDB Health, CI reconciliation and data certifications, while guiding junior staff and collaborating with stakeholders.

The role emphasizes agile collaboration, dashboard design with Platform Analytics, and frequent reporting for compliance and audits. This is a remote role with US location constraints.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and 4 years of analytics, modeling or reporting OR High School Diploma and 8 years of analytics, modeling or reporting.
• Minimum 3 years CMDB and CSDM experience.
• Strong data analysis, dashboards and ITIL knowledge required.

Responsibilities

• Work with the team to drive high data quality in CMDB using CMDB Health, CI Reconciliation and Data Certification.
• Mentor junior staff on root cause analysis and ensure timely ticket closure with stakeholder support.
• Maintain documentation including Playbooks, Runbooks, SOPs and Knowledge Articles.
• Participate in agile meetings and CMDB process/design discussions, including sprint planning and UAT.
• Design and produce CMDB reports/dashboards with Platform Analytics and CMDB Query Builder.
• Provide weekly/monthly reporting and host data quality working group sessions.
• Assist in CMDB auditing procedures and identify improvement opportunities.
• Execute Data Certification readiness playbooks for semi-annual certifications.
• Support monthly compliance reviews and internal audit evidence collections.
