Job summary

FNBO (First National Bank of Omaha) is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Engineer to own the CMDB, Services, and Offerings data within ServiceNow. This hands-on role focuses on design, governance, and continuous improvement of CMDB data and its alignment with the CSDM framework.

The ideal candidate brings deep ServiceNow expertise, strong data governance skills, and experience with CMDB integration across sources like SCCM and SAMPro.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on ServiceNow experience with CMDB and ITSM
• Experience managing enterprise CI data lifecycles, governance frameworks and data quality programs

Responsibilities

• Own CMDB architecture, governance, and roadmap aligned with ITSM strategy and CSDM
• Design, implement, and govern integrations between CMDB and external data sources (e.g., SCCM, SAMPro, ServiceNow Discovery)
• Develop and monitor CI data health reports and dashboards to identify and resolve data quality issues
• Define CI data ownership, lifecycle management, and enforce governance standards
• Lead Service Mapping and Business Service models for executive visibility into service health and dependencies
• Mentor junior team members and support CMDB knowledge growth across the org
