Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with 4 years in Data Management, Financial Analysis, or similar.
• Or the alternative: High School Diploma/GED with 8 years in Data Management or similar.

Responsibilities

• Lead data quality, governance, and analytics initiatives across the enterprise.
• Provide expert consultation to IT and stakeholders on data management goals.
• Mentor junior team members and drive agile delivery with DoR and backlog quality.
• Develop and maintain data dictionaries, mappings, and lineage artifacts.
• Collaborate with business units to improve data management processes.
