Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking an experienced Sr. Training Specialist to conduct hands-on virtual and classroom instruction for Cloud software technologies in the public safety sector.

You will support ongoing training activities with focus on user experience, customer workflows, and training quality. Qualifications

• This role requires experience delivering hands-on and virtual training to diverse audiences.
• Experience with public safety software training is a plus.
• Ability to tailor content for end users and system administrators.

Responsibilities

• Teach agency customers and staff how to use complex software products and services.
• Conduct virtual and on-site training for Motorola CommandCentral software and third-party integrations.
• Present training using Zoom, Google Meet, and Google Slides.
• Complete department reports within set standards and deadlines.
• Coordinate with customers and internal stakeholders on schedules.
• Create training materials and course content for products.
• Measure knowledge transfer and training effectiveness.
• Operate under supervision of the CommandCentral Training Team Manager.
