Motorola Solutions is seeking a Sr. Training Specialist to deliver hands-on virtual and on-site training for Cloud software technologies to public safety agencies.

You will tailor the learning experience for end users and system administrators, focusing on user workflows, quality of training, and customer satisfaction. The role requires delivering instructor-led sessions, preparing materials, and measuring knowledge transfer across diverse student levels, with significant travel and CJIS

Qualifications

• FAA Part 107 remote pilot certification.
• 3+ years of technical training experience.
• 1+ years of experience with Motorola Solutions customer software preferred.
• 3+ years of public safety experience preferred.
• 1+ years of experience with public safety products.

Responsabilités

• Teach agency customers and staff on use and operation of complex software products and services.
• Conduct virtual and on-site training for CommandCentral software and designated third-party integrations.
• Present training using Zoom, Google Meet, and Google Slides.
• Complete department reports within standards and deadlines.
• Manage communications with customers and internal stakeholders on training schedules.
