Job summary

Deloitte is seeking an experienced Senior Technical Account Manager to lead the technical relationship with Google Public Sector customers. You will own cloud adoption planning, operational health, executive engagement, and manage complex escalations while coordinating across product, engineering, support, and delivery teams.

The role requires 8+ years in customer-facing cloud/consulting, Google Cloud certification, and the ability to obtain TS/SCI clearance.

Qualifications

8+ years of customer-facing cloud, technical consulting, or related experience.
4+ years supporting Google Cloud implementations or programs.
Experience leading complex cloud programs and executive relationships.
Ability to obtain a U.S. Government TS/SCI security clearance.

Responsibilities

Lead multiple technical workstreams across complex public-sector environments.
Serve as the primary trusted technical advisor for customer leaders and executives.
Develop account-level cloud adoption plans, operational strategies, and roadmaps.
Lead quarterly business reviews and executive planning meetings.
Coordinate launches, capacity planning, and high-priority customer events.
Direct complex escalations with Google Support, Product Engineering, and SRE.
Mentor and guide junior TAMs across assigned accounts.
