Job summary

Deloitte seeks a GCP Technical Account Manager (Cloud Infrastructure Engineer III) to support Public Sector cloud adoption, planning, issue resolution, and stakeholder coordination. This remote role can be done from within the continental United States.

You'll work with senior teammates to maintain account health, coordinate across customer and delivery partner teams, and advocate best Google Cloud practices for reliable, secure cloud outcomes in complex environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 12+ years of experience in cloud infrastructure, cloud operations, software development, or technical consulting.
• 4+ years of experience supporting Google Cloud implementations, cloud transformation programs, or technical consulting.
• 1+ years of experience designing, developing, or operating microservices and APIs.
• Must hold a Google Cloud Professional certification (Architect/Developer/DevOps/etc.).
• Ability to travel up to 10% and be legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate technical activities across assigned customer workstreams and track issues, risks, dependencies, action items, and milestones.
• Collaborate with Support, Product Engineering, and SRE teams to resolve technical issues and escalations.
• Support customer launches, capacity planning, product releases, and operational readiness activities.
• Prepare materials for technical reviews and quarterly business reviews; document customer needs and feedback.
• Recommend Google Cloud practices to improve adoption, reliability, security, and performance.
• Elevate complex issues to the Senior Technical Account Manager.
