Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 12+ years of professional experience in cloud infrastructure or related field.
• 4+ years of experience supporting Google Cloud implementations and related programs.
• 1+ years designing or operating microservices, APIs, or distributed systems.
• Must hold a Google Cloud Professional certification (any listed).
• Ability to travel up to 10% on average.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate technical activities across customer workstreams and track issues and milestones.
• Collaborate with Support, Product Engineering, and SRE teams to resolve escalations.
• Support launches, capacity planning, releases, and operational readiness.
• Prepare materials for technical reviews and meetings; document customer needs.
• Recommend Google Cloud practices to improve adoption, reliability, security, and performance.
