Qualifications

• Proficient with AWS/Azure cloud services and Linux/Windows.
• Experience with automation, IaC, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong documentation and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day operational support for cloud systems.
• Develop solutions for routine technical problems.
• Monitor, log, and report system outages; recover systems quickly.
• Maintain system assets and security compliance per VA standards.
• Collaborate with customers, development, operations, and security teams.
• Participate in continuous improvement of IT processes.
