Job summary

CoreWeave is seeking a Technical Support Engineer - III (Cloud) to join a 24/7/365 CX team. You’ll resolve high-profile AI workloads issues on Kubernetes-powered HPC infrastructure, collaborating with engineers and researchers to ensure performance and reliability.

You have 5+ years in cloud support, strong Kubernetes and Linux skills, and you excel at mentoring teammates while delivering clear, actionable guidance for complex technical problems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a technical field or related experience.
• 5+ years in cloud support, systems administration, or similar roles.
• Hands-on Kubernetes experience.
• Networking, storage, observability, HPC, and Linux system administration knowledge.
• Ability to mentor team members and improve team capabilities.
• Experience with observability tools such as Grafana.
• Strong troubleshooting and QA practices; ability to drive process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Mentor team members to develop technical skills across CoreWeave disciplines.
• Review tickets and provide real-time feedback to improve quality and QA.
• Develop and deliver training to improve issue resolution efficiency.
• Investigate, debug, and resolve customer-impacting issues with root-cause analysis.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction through swift, accurate, empathetic support.
