Job summary

CoreWeave is seeking a Technical Support Engineer - III (Cloud) to join the CX Organization. You will work on a Kubernetes-powered HPC cloud, resolving complex issues and mentoring peers while collaborating with engineering teams.

You’ll participate in on-call rotations, contribute to process improvements, and help drive customer success across high-profile AI workloads. Strong Linux and networking skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a technical field.
• 5+ years in cloud support, systems administration, or similar roles.
• Hands-on Kubernetes experience and Linux administration.

Responsibilities

• Guide and mentor team members in developing their technical skills.
• Provide real-time feedback and coaching; review tickets for QA.
• Develop and deliver training sessions to improve proficiency.
• Investigate, debug, and resolve customer-impacting issues.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction with high-touch support.
• Lead creation of knowledge resources and playbooks.
