Job summary

CoreWeave is seeking a Technical Support Engineer - III (Cloud) in Sunnyvale, CA to join our 24/7/365 CX team. You’ll work on the front lines of our Kubernetes-powered HPC cloud, resolving complex issues on mission-critical AI workloads and contributing to the product roadmap.

You will mentor teammates, deliver training, and help refine processes, playbooks, and documentation, while maintaining high customer satisfaction and professional communication with diverse audiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Science / Information Technology, Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or related field or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of experience in cloud support, systems administration, or related roles
• Hands-on Kubernetes experience
• Networking, load balancing, storage, observability, HPC, and Linux administration experience
• Ability to mentor and grow a team
• Observability experience with Grafana
• Strong troubleshooting and QA-driven mindset
• Experience collaborating across cross-functional teams and improving processes
• Excellent written and verbal communication; strong technical presentation skills

Responsibilities

• Guide and mentor team members across disciplines supported by CoreWeave.
• Review tickets for QA and opportunities to improve
• Develop and deliver training sessions for the team
• Investigate, debug and resolve customer-impacting issues with root-cause focus
• Maintain high customer satisfaction with accurate, empathetic high-touch communications
• Design and implement troubleshooting best practices for fast resolutions
• Refine processes, workflows and playbooks for complex challenges
• Serve as escalation point for high-priority cases
• Lead creation of knowledge resources and tutorials
• Enhance team knowledge of CoreWeave products through ongoing learning
• Participate in on-call rotations including after-hours and holidays
